The last couple of years I have been lucky to have a few meetings with a true CBT/needle play sub - Muscled Hunk,
Muscled Hunk suggested we should explore needle-play in the scrotum. Normally I hesitate playing too heavily in this area.
Similarly, I need to know that the sub can take the pain and doesn't feel too pushed in the session when going ahead.
