Saturdays 15:30-18:00 (Approximately)
We strongly suggest you join the ipponnawa class from 14:30 to 15:15 as a warm-up for this class.
The course starts with working on two open upper body ties for suspension. The participants will be offered some subjects for classes in April and May, based on their average level and interest; themes such as transition floor to air, transition in air, simple tight gote, predicament in floorwork vs. predicament in suspension, and hip harness for transition are potential themes.
I will adjust the pace of the class to the average level of participants. These are not masterclasses, but similarly, we expect participants to have knowledge of ropes, their strengths, and their safety around suspension.
After each class, there is the option to socialize and catch some food and/or drink. Kate, Davis and Eli will aim to meet up in town after these classes, and we welcome participants to join us. Building up a rope community is an essential part of the plan.
8th of March
Introduce participants by themselves: their level of knowledge, interests in kinbaku, wish for focus during the classes, and their limits – both roper and ropee.
